About the HRM Facilitator

The HRM Facilitator’s major is in HRM with work experiences as HR Director in various  Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods for more than 30 years. Her background enriched by her experience in the retail and direct selling company, manufacturing and sales marketing as well. It has made her a complete sources of insight in a whole spectrum of HRM area.

She graduated from University of Indonesia major in Labor Law. She is also a Certified Administrator of Targeted Selection from DDI Hongkong, and a Certified Interaction Management from DDI Jakarta. With these Certifications, various Seminars and Trainings she has attended abroad and domestic has brought her to become one of the BEST Global Recruiter in a MNC Fast Moving Consumer Goods as well.
